Spencer is a self-taught web developer, tech support, and tech consultant, despite having a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana. He has always been engaged with the latest in technology and has had a creative edge since the early days of learning Logo Writer; Adobe PageMaker, PageMill, and GoLive; and ClarisWorks at St. James Day School.
Even though Spencer's primary role is within the field of academic scientific research (specifically microbiology and molecular biology), he maintains a small list of clients. He is versed in design with the Adobe Creative Suite products: InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. As the tool for desktop publishing and web design, he has owned a Macintosh since the early 1990s and vividly remembers the days of System 6. He has repaired and set up countless Macs, PCs, printers, and peripheral devices; both old and new.
In his spare time, Spencer enjoys the physical activities of distance running and soccer; motorsport racing; and cheering for Arkansas Razorbacks football.
